Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied on 24.08.2017, 01.09.2017 and 06.11.2017 for regularization of his premises as per G.O.Ms.No.59 Revenue (Assn.I) Department dt.30.12.2014 to the respondents and that the respondents have not taken any decision in that regard. 2.
The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the Committee constituted to consider the cases of regularization under the said G.O. will take a decision on the petitioner's applications within a period of two
(02) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate its decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to forward the applications of the petitioner to the Committee constituted under G.O.Ms.No.59 dt.30.12.2014, and the said Committee shall dispose of the said applications within a period of two
(02) months from the date of receipt of such applications and communicate its decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
