Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation for respondents.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Irrigation, basing on written instructions, submits that petitioners has alternate remedy under Sections 17 (j) and 26 of Andhra Pradesh Farmers' Management of Irrigation Systems Act, 1997 (for short 'the Act of 1997') and same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of above, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to avail remedy under Sections 17 (j) and 26 of the Act of 1997.

There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
