Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners had applied on 09-08-2012 for deletion of certain entries in the revenue records in respect of land claimed by them in Sy.No.51/2 of Mansoorabad Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, but 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that petitioners had to apply in Form-VI-A of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and if such application is made, the 4th respondent will consider and take appropriate action accordingly.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to apply in Form-VI-A to the 4th respondent within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and the 4th respondent is directed to consider the said application of petitioners within six (06) weeks from the date of submission of application by petitioners and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
