THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.42390 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had applied on 15.12.2014 to respondents 4 to 7 for conduct of survey of the land admeasuring Acs.4.03 gts in Survey Nos.527 and 528 of Malkaram Revenue Village, Dammapeta Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, by paying appropriate fee in the Treasury and had also submitted representations to the second respondent on 11.07.2016 and 21.11.2016, but no survey has been conducted till date. Notices have been issued on 23.12.2015 and 23.09.2016 by the seventh respondent.

Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents would submit that the seventh respondent will conduct the survey, as sought for by the petitioner, in respect of subject land within six weeks after giving notice to all the affected parties. Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the seventh respondent to conduct the survey in respect of the subject land within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving notice to all the effected parties.
