HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.2688 OF 2017 O R D E R :

The contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 12.10.2017, passed by this Court in WP.No.34204 of 2017, wherein this Court directed the 4th respondent therein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2017 and dispose of the same.

Today, when the matter is listed, the respondents produced proceedings dated 05.12.2017 stating that the representation of the petitioner was considered and disposed of.

In view of the above, I do not see any violation committed by the respondents in implementing the orders of this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.
