This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 20.10.2017 in I.A.No.179 of 2011 in O.S.No.01 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the II Additional District Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to it under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
