Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/accused, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused in Crime No.78 of 2017 of Pulkal Police Station, Sangareddy District, for the offences punishable under Section 304(II) IPC.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 31.10.2017 in Crl.P.No.9983 of 2017. There are no changed circumstances to allow this petition. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
