The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " ....... to issue a Writ, Order, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the Respondents Police have no role in civil litigation and no jurisdiction to interfere in civil disputes and further interfering with the petitioner's possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring Ac. 1.00 cents, in R.S.No. 224/ 1A at Gampalagudem, Krishna District of the petitioner, at the instance of the 4th to 7th respondents without registering any case against the petitioners herein is illegal, void and opposed to Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondent No.3 not to harass, interfere with the possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property...." .

Learned Assistant Government Pleader (Home) submits that the 3rd respondent, at the instance of respondents 4 to 7, is not interfering in the civil dispute, as alleged by the petitioner. By placing the above statement on record, the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. _____________ S. V.
