Heard learned counsel for the petitioner/A.6, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State and perused the record.

This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of bail to the petitioner/A.6 in S.C.No.122 of 2017 on the file of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Rajamahendravaram, East Godavari District.

The petitioner was found in the crime vehicle. It cannot be said that the case of the petitioner is distinct case from other accused. While dismissing Crl.P.Nos.3817, 3981 and 6452 of 2017 on 21.08.2017, this Court directed the trial Court to expedite the trial and complete the same within a period of five months from the date of order.
