THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.41374, 41382, 41389, 41393, 41399, 41660, 41661, 41664 AND 41777 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER These writ petitions have been filed seeking to declare the action of the respondent - revenue authorities is not paying compensation in spite of acquiring the subject lands of the petitioners for setting up of an ultra mega solar power plant, to be operated and managed by the 6th respondent, as illegal and violative of the mandate contained in Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Heard Sri A.Srinath, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition appearing for respondents 1 to 5. It is brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the question, which calls for consideration in the present writ petitions, is squarely covered by the order of this court in W.P.No.16274 of 2017 and batch. The same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, these writ petitions are also disposed of on the same lines to that of W.P.No.16274 of 2017 and batch dated 14.07.2017.

The Registry is directed to append the copy of the order dated 14.07.2017 in W.P.No.16274 of 2017 and batch, to this order. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these cases shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
