The grievance of the petitioner is that he is the owner of plot admeasuring 302.5 square yards in Sy.No.222 of Sahebnagar Kalan, Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District. The 2nd respondent is laying road from the petitioner's plot to an extent of 151.66 square yards without initiating land acquisition proceedings and without paying any compensation. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made representation on 28-08-2017 to the respondents. As the same is not acted upon, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation and Sri T.Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the 5th respondent.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is already pending before the 2nd respondent, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
