Heard both sides.

In view of the rival contentions to sub serve the ends of justice, this Court feels as a convenient place to the traveling of both sides, F.C.O.P.No.128 of 2017 pending on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Nellore, is withdrawn and transferred to the Senior Civil Judge, Kavali, for disposal according to law. The Senior Civil Judge, Kavali, shall not insist the personal appearance of the parties herein if representing through advocate under Section 13 of the Family Courts Act, if any, but for reconciliation and for giving of evidence. 3.
