None appears for the petitioner.

The present Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "...to issue the Writ, order or Direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in giving effect to the order dated 06.10.2017 bearing proceedings No.KRN/Outsourcing/2017 issued by the 2nd respondent whereby awarding work i.e., supply of man power to the intending Government Departments for the period 01.08.2017 to 31.07.2018, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of fair play and consequently direct the respondents to give effect to the order dated 06.10.2017 forthwith and pass such other orders as may be deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case." Since the contract was awarded way back on 01.08.2017, which ends by 31.07.2018, no useful purpose would be served by entertaining the Writ Petition at this stage. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
