HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISON PETITION No.6966 of 2017 ORDER :
Heard Sri Aadesh Varma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Madan Kshira Sagar, learned counsel for the respondent and perused the grounds of the revision and impugned order of the lower Court.
2.
The lower Court in the pending O.P.No.1161 of 2015 for the relief of divorce filed by the husband against the wife, on her application granted interim maintenance of Rs.6,000/- per month. In fact, the fact that he is doing business is not in dispute, but for saying he has no substantial income and she also got her means, no documents filed before the lower Court, additionally even he claims he has to take care of his aged parents including their medical aid, there is nothing to interfere with that quantum, but for to direct the trial Court to give preferential disposal of the main O.P. 3.
Accordingly and in the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
