Petitioners filed I.A.Nos.1271 & 1253 of 2017 in O.S.No.784 of 2009 respectively on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Warangal, to call for the documents Exs.B.1 to B.3 and B.7 from O.S.No.1442 of 2004.

The documents called for are proceedings bearing Rc.No.E3/350/2003 of DRO, Warangal dated 28.02.2004, letter to the Collector Warangal bearing Rc.No.D/5497/02 dated 23.12.2002, letter in Rc.No.B3/J/7886/97 dated 18.09.1997 of the Mandal Revenue Officer, Hasanparthy to the Collector, Warangal and the legal opinion of Government pleader to the District Collector, Warangal. Both the I.As, were dismissed. Aggrieved thereby these revision petitions are filed. 3.
When the matters are taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the documents which petitioners sought for calling were subject matter of challenge before this Court in W.P.No.18456 of 2004. By judgment dated 27.01.2015 this Court, set aside those proceedings. Therefore, the question of calling for these documents does not arise.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the petitioners, it cannot be said that the trial Court erred in not granting the relief. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
