The grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner made representation on 20-11-2017 to the 2nd respondent about illegal constructions made by the unofficial respondents by grabbing the land inspite of orders in I.A.No.238 of 2015 in O.S.No.105 of 2015 dated 04-11-2015. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.2-Grampanchayat and learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj.

Even according to writ affidavit, the suit O.S.No.105 of 2015 is dismissed as abated, as such the question of taking action on the representation of the petitioner basing on the orders passed in I.A.No.238 of 2015 does not arise and more so it appears that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and unofficial respondents, for which, the petitioner has already filed suit. If the petitioner aggrieved by the action of the unofficial respondents, he can avail other remedies by filing suit. If the unofficial respondents violate building permission granted to them, it is open for the petitioner to make application to the respondent-Grampanchayat and on making such representation and it is open for the respondentGrampanchayat to take action in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
