The Civil Revision Petition filed by the petitioner against the impugned order is not maintainable in view of the Order 43 Rule 1 (j) CPC.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal under the said provision. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
