HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.40148 of 2017 O R D E R:- Heard Mr K.Tharun Chowdary, counsel for petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Home) for respondents.

Counsel appearing for both the parties submit that the prayer in the instant writ petition is covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.28138 of 2017 which was disposed of in terms of para 10 of the order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 and batch where in it is made clear that the directions given therein will hold good until either the Government issues a fresh G.O. specifying the rates of admission, in exercise of the statutory powers, or directs operation of G.O.Ms.No.75, dated 23.06.2017.

In the light of the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. No order as to costs.
