THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.40410 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made an application in Form-VI-A under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed and for mutation of his name in the revenue record and that 3rd respondent had not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 3rd respondent will dispose of the said application within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the application dt.08-02-2017 submitted by petitioner within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
