The grievance of the petitioners is that the 1st respondent has issued notification dated 25.10.2017, vide R.C. No.114/2016/SA, under Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (for short 'the Act') in respect of the lands of the petitioners admeasuring Ac.1.30 cents in S.No.285/7 of Amruthupuram Village, Sabbavaram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District. Thereupon, the petitioners herein filed objections on 09.11.2017 but the same are not considered. Aggrieved by the same, this writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the objections of the petitioners. 2) Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri S.S.Varma, learned Standing Counsel for 2nd respondent. 3) It is to be seen that the competent authority is obligated to consider the objections in terms of Section 3C of the Act. 4) In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the objections of the petitioners in terms of Section 3C of the Act in accordance with law and take further action. 5) With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
