Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and perused the grounds of the revision and impugned order of the lower Court. 2.

The learned X Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is required to dispose of I.A.No.1363 of 2016 of the defendant in O.S.No.582 of 2013 under Order IX Rule 13 C.P.C. in seeking to set aside the ex parte decree and within no lapse of time thereafter subject to the result, dispose of E.P.No.11 of 2016. 3.

Accordingly and in the result, the civil revision petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
