THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.42722 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioners' grievance is that petitioner had applied in Form No.VI-A for mutation and issuance of e-pattadar pass book on 03-11-2017 and on 03-11-2017 another petition for sub-division was also made to the 4th respondent and that the 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that both applications will be considered by the 4th respondent within six (06) weeks.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to decide the applications of petitioner dt.03-11-2017 within six (06) weeks without fail. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
