This civil revision petition is filed by the petitionersdefendants under Article 227 of Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 09.10.2017 in I.A.No.449 of 2017 in O.S.No.163 of 2015 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge at Nidamanoor, Nalgonda District.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision with liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.
