This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents particularly 3rd respondent in not considering the claim of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.9.23 Cents situated in R.S.No.409-1C at Talakondapadu Village, Pedacherlopalli Mandal, Prakasam district. 2.

Now, a counter affidavit is filed stating that pursuant to the application filed by the petitioner, appropriate notices were issued and enquiry is going on and the matter was last posted on 26.2.2108. 3.

In view of the action taken by the 4th respondent, no relief can be granted at this stage and the 4th respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law pursuant to the application filed by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
