This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents and in dismissing the revision and Endorsement/Appeal dated 28-01-2017 and Proceedings in D.Dis (C1) 042/2017, dated 10-11-2017 as illegal and arbitrary. Admittedly, the petitioner has alternate remedy against the impugned order by way of revision. In view of the same, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
