THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.43524 of 2017 ORDER :

The main grievance of the petitioner is that he has filed an appeal before the 2nd respondent on 29.11.2017 along with stay petition against the orders of 3rd respondent cancelling his Fair Price Shop dealership dated 14.11.2017, but so far, no orders are passed. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner's Fair Price Shop authorisation was suspended and he filed W.P.No.24091 of 2017 and the same was disposed of by this Court directing the respondents to pass final orders and the petitioner was permitted to run the Fair Price Shop.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that the petitioner is working elsewhere and the Fair Price shop was run on Binami name.

Since the appeal is pending before the appellate authority, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the case. In the circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently, Pending Miscellaneous Petitions shall stand closed.
