THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.7237 of 2017 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the orders dated 08.11.2017 passed in I.A.No.285 of 2017 in O.S.No.1168 of 2002 on the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including challenging the validity of Ex.B12-Commissioner's report.

Permission as sought for is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
