This petition is filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. to grant bail to the petitioner-A7 for the offence alleged under Section 20 (b) (ii) (c) r/w 8 (c) of N.D.P.S. Act. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner-A7, learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the record.

Earlier bail application filed by the petitioner-A7 was dismissed by this Court, vide order, dated 06.11.2017 in Crl.P.No.10052 of 2017. Elaborate reasons were given in dismissing the bail application. There are no changes of circumstances. There is prima facie case against the petitioner-A7. Therefore, this petition is liable to be dismissed.
