This revision is filed by the petitioner/ defendant, aggrieved by the order dated 09.10.2017 in I.A.No.973 of 2016 in COS No.149 of 2017 passed by the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Heard before admission and notice to the respondents. 3.

The operative portion of the impugned order at para-9 shows that the revision petitioner herein has to deposit the arrears of rent upto 31st October, 2017 by 10.11.2017. Once such is the case, if there are arrears of rent, the petitioner has to deposit the same and if there are no arrears file a memo to that effect before the lower Court. Hence, there is nothing to interfere with the impugned order. 4.

With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
