Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that the lis in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by orders of this Court in WP No.11107 of 2009 & batch dated 30.03.2011 and same is not disputed by Sri J.Sreenivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

In view of the same, following the ratio laid down in the above referred judgment, this Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. Let a copy of order in WP No.11107 of 2009 & batch, dated 30.03.2011 be annexed with this order.
