Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner had applied in Form 6-A on 13.12.2017 to the 4th respondent for mutation and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed, and that the said application is not being disposed of by the 4th respondent.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 4th respondent will dispose of petitioner's application dt.13.12.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to dispose of petitioner's application dt.13.12.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
