(Respondents in-do, Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to relax the condltions imposed against the Petitioner while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.P.No. 24564 of 2017, pending disposal of CRLP No. 24564 of 2017, on the file of the High Court. The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SUBHANI S M Advocate for the Petitioner and of PUBLIC PROSECUTOR (AP), for the sole Respondent, the Court made the following ORDER:

This miscellaneous petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.P.No.24564 ot 2017 dated 05.0'1.2018, directing this petitioner to report before the Station House Officer, Governorpet Police Station, Vijayawada City, on every Saturday and Sunday between 9-00 a.m and 10-00 a.m for a period of six months.

However, it is submitted that the condition appears to be onerous and that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed by this Court on 05.01.2018 till today.

Therefore, the above condition is relaxed, directing this petitioner to report before the Station House Officer, Governorpet Police Station, Vijayawada City, on every Saturday between 1 0-00 a.m and 1 1-00 a.m for a period of two months. Accordingly, the petition is ordered.
