Heard.

There is nothing to interfere with the impugned order for this Court while sitting in revision against the same including on the merits of the judgment even drawn which is supported by reasons from unchallenged plaint averments reiterated on oath by plaintiff in his chief examination as rightly concluded by the trial Court. Leave about the summons already served and acknowledged to draw even presumption from the certification by the officers of the Court of duly served including under Section 114 of the Evidence Act for nothing rebutted.

Accordingly and in the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
