THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE MS. JUSTI CE J.UMA DEVI CONTEMPT CASE NO.2820 of 2017 ORDER: (per SK,J) This contempt case was instituted alleging wilful disobedience to the order dated 13.02.2017 passed by this Court in WPMP.No.48680 of 2016 in WP.No.39503 of 2016. By the said order, this Court granted an interim order as prayed for taking note of certain factual aspects. We are now informed by the learned Government Pleader for Services-I, Telangana, that Memorandum dated 01.08.2018 has been issued by the Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board, Hyderabad, in compliance with the interim order. Sri G.Vidya Sagar, learned senior counsel appearing for Smt.K.Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the petitioner, concedes that the order has now been complied with.
