Through these applications, the applicant prays for receiving the certificate in Form No.71 filed as Annexure 'C' for M/s.Sri Laxmi Fibres Limited, the Company in Liquidation, declare a dividend @ 100% to the preferential creditor amounting to Rs.85,861/- and to declare a dividend @ 42 paise in a rupee to unsecured creditors amounting to Rs.18,59,411/-.
