This contempt case is filed alleging violation of order dated 13-09-2017 passed by this Court in WP.No.30997 of 2017, wherein this Court directed the respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the order in the writ petition has been complied with.

Recording the same, the contempt case is closed. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
