HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.7448 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri D.Hanumantha Rao for petitioner. In spite of service of notice, no representation for respondents. The petitioner herein filed I.A.No.319 of 2017 to recall DW.3 for further cross-examination, I.A.No.320 of 2017 to reopen defendants' side evidence and 321 of 2017 to issue summons to the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records. The trial Court ordered I.A.Nos.319 and 320 of 2017. I.A.No.321 of 2017 filed with a prayer to summon the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, is dismissed. Henc e, the Civil Revision Petition. I have perused the order impugned in the Civil Revision Petition and also the Communication from the Assistant Director, Survey and Land Records, dated 28.06.2014 to the learned Advocate Commissioner, who was appointed in O.S.No.99 of 2011.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner can as well obtain c ertified copy of Tippan and village map and place evidence before the trial Court in support of his case on the merits of the matter.

By giving liberty to the petitioner to obtain certified copy of Tippan and village map, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
