The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition after giving notice to Mrs.V.Dyumani, learned counsel on caveat for the Andhra Bank. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
