THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION NO.44358 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri G.Seena Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner association, they submitted a representation, dated 21.11.2017 to the respondent No.2, but no action has been taken on the said representation so far. On the other hand, it is the submission of Sri G.Seena Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent No.2 that the said representation would be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Acceding to the submissions made, without expressing any opinion on merits in the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to verify and pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 21.11.2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner association, within ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
