When this Court pointed out that the subject matter of this Writ Petition relates to State of Andhra Pradesh and the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal is working, learned Counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal.

Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
