When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that, for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted representations dated 16.10.2017 and 23.10.2017 to the Project Officer, ITDA-3rd respondent herein, but no action has been taken so far. It is eventually requested by the learned counsel for the petitioner that necessary direction may be issued to the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action on the said representations, strictly in accordance with law. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the representations, if any, submitted by the petitioner herein are pending as on today, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken, strictly in accordance with law.
Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 3rd respondent to verify the representations 16.10.2017 and 23.10.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
