This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner under section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who is accused in Crime No. 878 of 2015 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Ranga Reddy district, registered for the offences punishable under section 448, 504, 506, 354-D of I.P.C.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Petition.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
