HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA TRANSFER C.M.P. No.887 OF 2017 ORAL ORDER:

Sri K.E. Hari Prasad, learned counsel for sole respondent, would express that he has no objection for transferring H.M.O.P. No.70 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, Y.S.R. Kadapa District. He is representing the respondent - husband.

Of course, there is no representation for the petitioner - wife. However, since the learned counsel for respondent expresses no opposition, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, H.M.O.P. No.70 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, is transferred to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, Y.S.R. Kadapa District.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the petition, stand closed.
