The petitioner challenged the proceedings dated 28.4.2003 issued by the 4th respondent directing the petitioner to stop the selection process to be conducted on 4.5.2003. While admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim suspension of the impugned proceedings. In view of the said interlocutory order, this Court is of the view that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
