CVNR, J & DVSS, J CRP.No.7509 of 2017 Dt: 09-04-2018 Order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Civil Revision Petition is filed against an ad interim order of attachment of the salary of the petitioner. After arguing the case, Mr.Muralidhar Patnaik.K.V., learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that instead of deciding this Civil Revision Petition on merits, his client may be permitted to move the lower Court seeking raising of the said attachment.

Having regard to the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed without adjudicating the same on merits and with liberty to the petitioner in terms of the prayer made. As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, IA.No.5 of 2017, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
