THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.44474 of 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied on T.S. Online on 14-12-2017 for survey and sub-division of the lands claimed by him to the 4th respondent and 4th respondent is not taking any action.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will cause survey and subdivision done as sought by petitioner within three (03) months after giving notice to all the affected parties.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to cause survey and sub-division done as sought by petitioner within three (03) months after giving notice to all the affected parties. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
