THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.44403 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue appropriate direction, more particularly, one in the nature of writ of mandamus, and declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representations dated 21.02.2017 and 12.06.2017 of the petitioners 1 and 2, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners herein submitted representations on 21.02.2017 and 12.06.2017 for redressal of their grievance, but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri J.Srinivasa Rao, learned Standing Counsel that the said representations would be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law. In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to verify and pass appropriate orders on the said representations dated 21.2.2017 and 12.6.2017

strictly in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
