This contempt case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 18-09-2017 passed in WPMP No.36623 of 2017 in WP No.29435 of 2017.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected and the decision taken was also communicated to the petitioner.

Inasmuch as the case of the petitioner was considered pursuant to the interim order of this Court, I do not see any reason to take any further steps in the matter and accordingly the contempt case is closed, reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail the rejection of his case, if so advised. Miscellaneous petitions if any stand closed. No order as to costs.
