THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.8679 OF 2003 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not implementing the orders passed in writ petition No.21641/2001 and acting hurriedly to promote the candidates with a malafide intention not to promote the petitioner association members, as illegal and arbitrary. Though this Court on 03.11.2003 granted interim direction as prayed for, no counter affidavits are filed by the respondents. Since this Court granted interim direction on 03.11.2003 to consider the representation of the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order dated 03.11.2003. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the orders passed by the respondents on the representation of the petitioner, if they are not in their favour. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
