Mr. Kata Sambasiva Rao, appearing on behalf of Mr.N.Aswartha Narayana, requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take steps in accordance with law.

Permission is accorded.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to take steps in accordance with law, before the Forum having jurisdiction. No order as to costs.
